Yes, it did. It felt great, actually. My form has improved, my breathing has smoothed out, and I'm running faster and stronger even than the first run this week.
It would appear that I'm right on target. I'll weigh myself before I shower here in just a minute, and that should give some insight not only to my weight loss strategy, but to my hydration strategy as well. When the humidity is around 80%, you sweat a lot apparently.
